It is dry, and full of terms that most people can not hope to understand. Even those with a legal degree can have problems with this type of information. When you can’t make heads or tails of your healthcare coverage, call them and keep calling until you get what you need. If you don’t understand, ask to speak to someone else. It might take up some of your time, but it is much better if there are no surprises when you get sick and you really need to know.
